Booking of activities
When booking activity with us, we will ask for your name, e-mail address and telephone number. One e-mail address and phone number for the group is enough.
Name of all guests is required for us to have an updated passenger list. It’s important for us to know who’s on the go.
The e-mail address will be used to receive the tickets and receipt upon payment of the trip.
Phone number and e-mail are used to send important information about the trip you have booked.
We have online payment on our tours. No payment information is kept with us.
If you wish to delete personal information after the trip, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Billing / accounting information
If you have made an agreement to receive an invoice, we will ask for the necessary information to issue an invoice in accordance with applicable rules.
We use a cloud-based accounting program and therefore do not need to keep personal information in paper form.
As a general rule, we send out invoices such as Auto invoice to ensure the best possible protection of personal information.
Access to personal information
Only those persons who directly benefit from personal information receive this.
Skippers and guides have access to passenger lists (name of guests)
Accountants have access to customer and supplier information.
The CEO has access to all personal information that is available.
Security of personal data
All employees have their own personal password login. Thus, it should not be possible for unauthorized persons to take care of personal data.
All PCs that are used in a company are protected with passwords that are only available to those who have specific tasks on the given PC
Each computer program containing personal data is protected with passwords that are only available to those who have specific tasks in the given computer program.
